About AsesorMD
A billing company that will tell you who is working on your account.

AsesorMD handles medical billing, coding, credentialing and revenue cycle management for physician practices across the United States. We work with solo providers and mid-size groups, mostly in outpatient specialties, and mostly with practices where billing has quietly become the owner's second job.
We started because the same thing kept happening in practices we worked with. Nobody owned the whole revenue cycle. Eligibility sat with the front desk, coding sat with whoever had time, denials sat in a pile, and the number at the end was a surprise every month.
Our approach is not complicated. One team owns the full cycle, every denial gets worked and tagged with a root cause, and you get the numbers monthly whether they flatter us or not.

What we are trying to be
The billing partner a practice owner can describe to a colleague in one sentence and recommend without caveats. That means being reachable, being specific about numbers, and being honest when something is our fault.
How we work
Inside your existing systems, on a month-to-month agreement, paid as a percentage of what you actually collect. No setup fees, no software migration, and no lock-in that outlasts our usefulness.
Things we will tell you that most billing companies will not
Who works on your account
Ask and we will name them, with credentials, before you sign. Most of this industry is anonymous and there is no good reason for it.
How we are paid
A percentage of net collections. The rate is on the pricing page, not held back for a sales call.
When we get it wrong
Our own coding accuracy is re-audited quarterly and the result goes to you. If it slips you should hear it from us first.
When we are not the right fit
Some practices are better off keeping billing in house. If the audit says that, the audit says that.
See what your practice is leaving on the table.
We look at 90 days of your claims data and tell you what is recoverable. No cost, no obligation, BAA signed before anything changes hands.
- Recoverable dollars in your aged A/R, as a number
- Denials grouped by root cause, ranked by value
